As Chief Financial Officer and Business Manager, Rick Banta oversees the day-to-day financial operations of Banta Consulting, Inc. His expertise and knowledge of business systems and protocols allows Banta Consulting Group to focus on the client. Laci L. Phillips
While going to college in southern New Mexico to pursue a life of communications, Laci was introduced to her first job in the dental industry as a chair side assistant. Now, 17 years later, she is communicating more than ever through Banta Consulting Group as a dynamic speaker and a technology consultant.
Her experience in the dental office as a chair side assistant up through the ranks as an office administrator enable Laci to connect with her audience and her clients. As a staff and software trainer and a team builder, Laci has an effective way of teaching the entire team how to move in the same direction, while working as an individual.
Through Banta Consulting, Laci provides her expertise to dental practices, both large and small, across the country and internationally. Laci has also written columns for Dental Office, Hygienetown, Docs of Dentistry & American Dental Assistants Association.

Laci Phillips is a practice management consultant and speaker for Banta Consulting, Inc. of Grain Valley, MO. Her dental career has spanned 17 years including chair side dental assisting, practices administration, technology transition coaching, and speaking. Bonnie Pugh 
Prior to joining The Banta Consulting Group, Ms. Pugh was the Product Line Manager for the Dental Division of Carestream Dental LLC, the exclusive manufacturer of KODAK Dental Systems. In this role, she was responsible for the strategic planning of the dental practice management line of products. In addition, she traveled throughout the country attending trade shows and visiting customers in their offices to bring the voice of the customer and the industry back to company.
Bonnie lives in Baltimore, MD with her husband Danny and their furry four legged kids.
