Lois Banta, CEO

From terrified dental patient to popular international speaker and dental consultant, Lois Banta has been involved in dentistry for more than 30 years. Her extraordinary insights into the components that make a practice successful allow her to deliver her message with enthusiasm and heartfelt conviction.

Beginning as a dental receptionist and quickly working her way up the administrative ladder, Lois discovered secrets that help practices flourish. Always the innovator, she developed an effective method for optimizing production, created techniques to resolve outstanding insurance claims (The Insurance Detective), and structured financial policies to make the practices healthy and profitable.

Lois Banta’s SCI approach (See, Commit, and Implement) has allowed her to take practices from mediocrity to excellence. Her no-nonsense approach and tenacity have earned this five-foot-tall dynamo an unbeatable reputation. As a staff trainer and team builder, Lois has a realistic approach to teaching the entire dental staff how to move in the same direction as they perform their individual tasks. Denise Rigdon, Banta Consulting,

Over 33 years of dentistry is the cornerstone of her professional career. Her job descriptions have ranged from clinical, administrative to management. She received her BS from Oklahoma State University in Business Management, with an emphasis in Marketing. While considering her innovative, results-oriented management style to be a great asset, she favors her relationship-building and tactical thinking skills. Tulsa, OK, is home for Denise, where her husband’s implant and general dental practice is located.

Laci L. Phillips

Laci L. Phillips is a practice management consultant and speaker for Banta Consulting, Inc. of Grain Valley, MO. She attended New Mexico State University, majoring in Communications and has a diverse background in public speaking. Her dental career has spanned 15 years including chairside dental assisting, practice administration, technology transition coaching, and speaking. Her consulting emphasis is helping dental teams integrate technology in their practices. She has worked with dentists around the country. Laci lives in Phoenix, Arizona with her husband and two young children.

Anastasia Turchetta, RDH

Anastasia Turchetta has 19 years of clinical hygiene experience and is the industry’s dental hygiene coaching expert in implementing successful assisted hygiene programs into practices. A much sought after speaker, she has conducted seminars both nationally and internationally on such topics as align technologies, treating the senior patient, efficient patient care and assisted dental hygiene. Her enthusiasm is contagious for effectively relaying the unlimited mouth/mind/body connection. Memberships include the National Speakers Association, Speaking Consulting Network, the American Dental Hygienists Association and American Diabetes Association. Her recent publications include articles in Dental Practice Report, Contemporary Oral Hygiene, RDH, Contemporary Dental Assisting and Modern Hygienist. Katherine Womack

Katherine Womack-Banta is the Corporate Assistant for Banta Consulting, Inc. of Grain Valley, Missouri. Katherine has received her Associate's Degree from Blue River Community College and is currently completing a degree in Business Adminstration with an emphasis in Health Services Management through Devry University. Katherine excels in customer service relations and considers her ability to provide excellent customer service and develop lasting relationships with clients as one of her strongest assets. Katherine currently resides in Independence, Missouri.
