Congratulations to Michelle Moore for receiving the “Practice Administrator of The Year” award! 

Michelle is the practice administrator for Dr. Jim Goodwin in Hickory, NC.  She has been a phenomenal leader and sets the bar higher for herself each month.  Michelle has literally doubled the productivity and increased the number of new patients by over 200%!  She has a positive spirit and a genuine passion for getting great results in the practice.  She has an ownership mentality and strives to reach beyond everyone’s expectations, especially her own.  We wish her continued success and applaud Dr. Jim and Mrs. Sharon Goodwin for their encouragement of Michelle in her job performance and personal growth!
